High up in the central gable of the lake house, our maisonette suite is spread over two levels. A special place of peace — open, flooded with light and with a view that lasts: of Lake Badersee, the quiet forests and the distinctive peaks of the Zugspitze massif.
In the lower area, a spacious living room with comfortable seating, a free-standing desk and space for moments of meeting or pausing awaits you. The bathroom with shower and corner bath as well as a separate toilet is also located here.

A glazed staircase leads up to the sleeping area. The large bed is designed so that when you wake up, you look directly at the lake. Up here too: another separate toilet and plenty of storage space without getting too tight. The suite is ideal for guests who consciously travel alone or as a couple. An extra bed is not provided. Of course, an in-room safe and free WiFi throughout the house are available.
